There's not enough words to describe how AMAZING Reids Auto Connection truly is. I was speechless and blown away by the FANTASTIC customer service. Truly down to earth and personable. I felt right at home and no pressure. Good vibes only from this place. I have never felt so comfortable and positive going through the car purchasing process until now. Reid and his team were so nice, helpful, and friendly I was shocked. As you can imagine, having recently come off of a chapter 13 case I was not expecting much when I set up an appointment to replace our car. I was blown away. They made my wife and I feel welcome from the moment we walked in, without any of the sleaze and bs that comes from big dealerships. There was of course plenty of paperwork and stuff like that, but overall Reid keeps the process moving and tries to figure out how best to help you the entire way. Reid is EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to bankruptcy which makes the process as painless as possible for replacing a car ,when your credit is still in recovery. We left in basically a brand new vehicle, in excellent condition. If you need to replace car while dealing with bankruptcy, COME TO THESE PEOPLE!

I'm currently experiencing some financial issues and needed to get into a new car. I was referred to Reid's Auto Connection by a friend who is having similar problems. I picked up the phone and called and spoke with David De Los Santos Sr. Right from the moment he picked up the phone he was kind and courteous, never made me feel like I was being judged because of my situation, he just made me feel like family. He stayed late at work that night so I could come down and look and test drive the vehicles we had discussed earlier. Once we picked out the car for me, it was less an a day before I had an answer from the finance department. He has done everything he can to make me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. I will be recommending Reid's Auto Connection and David to all my friends and family!!! Thank you DAVID!
David was the most fantastic guy ever if you are in of a car he can make it happen and the plus side is I wasn’t there for no more than an hour so give David a call today he was awesome and so were the other staff as well
