DON’T TRUST THEM, I had a minor accident, it was lot of promises at the beginning regarding their speed of working on my car and expenses. The Crook person Mohsen add some mechanical issues even my car was finely drivable. They charge me $8000 for this and took them 40 days. When I was going to pick up my car he bullied me and asked extra cash when I asked about the receipts for the items he falsely claims was changed. He didn’t have any and attacked me. At the end , Police helped me to get my car back. Now My Atternoy legally pursuit of the issue. I don’t know what they did to add mechanical issues but now my aliment light is on and not got off after I did alignment.

My wife called a guy his name is mosen to only ask how much to change alternator , she only wanted to know the price ONLY , and he told her he was in the neighborhood and he will come and take a look to get details, anyways he came and charged us $30 for taking a look few minutes and he said he will try to find the part and let us know, ofcourse he took the money and we never heard from him again, $30 is not my issue it's nothing now days it's the honesty part that bothers me and my wife... anyways I dont recommend anyone to call this person, his place is called German cars and he share the same business card with Lewisville cars , so I assume they are together.

I had an amazing experience buying my car here. Sam was patient and answered all of my questions. I referred my sister here as well and she also purchased a car. They were very willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our cars. We will always come here for all of our car needs!

Worse customer service., I stopped by to look at a vehicle I was interested in. Victor (seller) was friendly, however, he lacks customer service skills. He asked me to fill out the application online, and that it would go straight to him. I did not mind, because I was interested in the vehicle. So, a day after I submit the application, I called him to follow up. After several calls/messages he finally answers to say that he will look into it. Another day goes by, I call again. Victor responds saying he is out of the office and will call me as soon as he gets there. It has been several weeks and he still has not called me. I find this action disrespectful to customers. If for any reason, my application was not approved or you have sold the car to someone else. At least have the decency to tell your possible customer. I have many choices when it comes to buying a vehicle, and believe me Lewisville Cars is no longer one of them.
