I would not recommend you do business here. They are very shady, they are not honest about their process and the Father who runs the place is extremely rude. They said they were doing a soft pull on my credit and it would not effect my credit, after asking for my ssn I immediately get a notification that a hard inquiry has been placed on my credit report. I immediately addressed it and they said the credit report was lying it’s not a hard inquiry when clearly it was. To make matters worst they ran it again so I didn’t only walk out with one hard inquiry on my report but TWO!! These are very shady dealers I would not recommend doing business. There customer service deserves 0 stars, and they were also dishonest, I regret the day I walked into that place.

I got a mercedes C230 from GT Auto and it’s pretty much brand new. The cars are all in great condition and pricing is low. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from here.

Well it all started off well with the gentleman in which I had advised of dinged credit and high student loan balances making it difficult for an approval. The gentleman was very nice assured me that he can do this and that I would need to go on his website and input all my personal and confidential information so that he could obtain bank financing and that he would call me first thing in the am. That was 5 days ago and I’ve been completely ghosted and calls not answered and messages read and not replied to. Long story short they can’t even tell there customers when they are denied even if I was I don’t mind just don’t leave me thinking I have my information to a bogus company and worried about possible fraud or scams. Poor business practicesn.
