This company is overpriced as a dealership. Used cars over 100k, carrying new car price tags. Please do your homework before going, Kelly Blue Book will point you in the right direction for better quality and huge mile difference for your money.
Very easy process. Nice people and most of all understanding. Bruce took care of everything while I was working so I didn't waste time sitting there. When able to visit the office I was in and out within an hour with keys. Thanks so much Bruce for your care and patience with my decision making. Thanks John for being honest.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Worst company ever to deal with. They don't keep their promises. Even when confronted with the truth they ask you if you recorded the conversation to prove you're right?!? I've had problems with my car since I bought it! They ignored my call until my warranty was over!!! Horrible people!!! Avoid Steven/Stephen that's supposed to take care of all complaints/issues HORRIBLE PERSON!!!
Mr. Bruce Dixon is very professional. I love that he made sure I got into a car and made sure I had everything I needed. I give him a 5 star. Neighborhood Autos is the place to get you a new ride same day. Not only that, the staff is as wonderful. Didn’t know I’d walk away with a nice ride as I did today. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when shopping for a car. After going to 4 other dealerships and talking with them I was frustrated, then a friend recommended Neighborhood Autos. From the moment we pulled up the salesman Bruce Dixon made us feel right at home and assured us that I would be leaving with a vehicle. Bruce was courteous and didn’t try to oversell me. All in all I could be mire happy with my sales experience. Bruce has me in a car within 2 hours of my application and they even came and picked me up to take possession of my vehicle.
