They were really fast to get my first company truck
This is the worst dealer ever!!! Don’t get impressed by the prices cars here are not worth it too many miles and they brake down within a month of purchase, if you can buy somewhere else do it, they will not give you a receipt of payment (just a simple receipt without info of how much you have paid so far and when you ask them they get offended (Sonia) they will make you pay towing that it isn’t really a towing truck and tell you you have to pay for it even tho they vehicle brakes down within a month of purchase)
Called about an 06 jetta tdi, they told me it was available to purchase. I then drive an hour away from home to see it just to be told it's in the shop and not available. Big waste of time, will not be doing business here ever due to this. I don't appreciate time wasters nor do I appreciate being lied to.
DO NOT BUY FROM this DEALER. They run a scam dealership. The cars they sell they do not do any service before selling these cars. Bought a truck from there within a week their was problems. Leaking & safety problems, the brakes have oil all over it, grinding Differential& problems stopping. They will not fix anything they have a mechanic shop there also so they will tell you to bring it back but the will change for the repairs, big scam. BAD customer service they will not Call you back. DON'T BUY FROM THER YOU WILL BE SORRY.
This dealer is the worst they charge you late fees for there neglect in taking your payment. I advised the rep Sandra to take my truck payment two days before it was due, she did not charge my account even after I called and advised payment was not showing deducted on my bank account. Then wants to charge me late fees when shes who did not charge me debit account. Not once but twice they have forgotten to charge me, when I advised then to charge me for the truck payment. Stay away from these crooks.
