It was a great experience all around.nnHannah and Tate are friendly, fast, efficient and on top of that they are coffee connoisseurs.nnThe place is cozy and welcoming! It seems very neat. Regarding the Covid 19 concerns, the place seems to have regulations, cleanliness and sanitation seems to be constant.nnI can not wait to be there tomorrow for my caffeine intake.nnCoffee was super!

I don't normally write reviews... but I decided to take the time to write this one as I just saw a recent negative review.nFirst I'd like to say that my family and I have been coming to The Perc since they opened in 2016, so we pretty much know everyone that works or has worked here. Kelly is a great manager, very nice, patient and kind. I always come with my daughter who is 6 now and she is always playing with whatever she can get her hands on, and not once have we been looked at weird or anything like it. We also only speak Spanish when we come here as often we come with family members and not all speak English. Everyone here is so nice and accommodating that we always choose The Perc for our Christmas gathering with friends and even Birthday celebrations when we want something more friendly and relaxed.nEveryone here is great and it all comes from the leadership they have. Kelly you are amazing! We (Jessica, Norma, Veronica, Zoe, Lupita, and all the others that come with us) truly appreciate you and every member of The Perc. Keep up the great work!!! See y'all shortly!

This place has the best atmosphere and drinks. We had oat milk mocha cappuccinos, pumpkin loaf, A cinnamon scone and the Cherry pie. I love the antiques all over the walls and during the hours the Mercantile is right next-door. They have such a variety of seating for singles or couples or small groups.

Nicest coffee stop I've ever been too. I've seen some nice ones in Dallas but this place is awesome. The vibe, layout, plenty of seating, the customer service. I believe If I'm in the area again this will be a go-to.

It was my first time visiting this place and just love it. Forgot the name of the drink but it was a combination of tea latte & espresso. Definitely coming back!
