Decided to try this place out and had the best waitress! Our waitress Shannon was very upbeat and friendly. She recommended the spicy mango margarita, chicken jalapeño poppers and not grilled cheese sandwich and it all sounded great so we ordered all her recommendations and were very pleased with our meal!
My favorite local bar! Friendly service, great drinks, and delicious food. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is amazing and the burgers are great too. The happy hour specials are the best around and Shannon and Ray will take awesome care of you.

This is very cool mix of a classic bar with a pretty hip atmosphere and vibe. They just changed names from Alkey’s to Tavern on the Plaza. But the drinks are still cold and strong and the food is great! Try my favorite: the Buffalo cauliflower bites...and you will have it every time to start. Oh - and Shannon is one of the best lead service in the hospitality business in the area. They have Karaoke on Fridays and Live Acts coming on Saturdays. Try the new Tavern and you will be back.
