The Pharmacy is very bad on answering the phones. Can be standing in line inside store phone be just ringing it tell how many peoples is on hold are calling the Pharmacy.

I came to drop off my prescription and the lady told me to come back in 20 minutes to pick it up. I even got a text message confirming it was ready. I camento the window and had to wait an additional 30nminutes just for someone to ask for my name. I give her my information and she asks me if Ive been here before...... I’ve been here for an hour at the window and still haven’t got my medicine. I highly recommend not coming here.

Dropped off meds for wife after surgery for pain about 4pm about a week ago. I Said I would P/ U the following day by noon. Got there at 1145 am and said they do not see my wife name for an order of meds. Now remember this was dropped off the previous day. They were looking around and suddenly I see the clerk took a form to the pharmacist .I quickly asked what she had. It was the order for meds I turned in and stayed in the basket that no one payed attention to fill it. I asked for it and went to the CVS in Duncanville and got it filled in 15 mins.If u work in some function of health care treat all customers as if your parents dropped their meds off. Not all people are bad but training and caring is a must.
