Drive through is worst. I was waiting for more than an hour and crossed only 4 cars. Team is taking their own time and not following effective process to reduce the waiting period. Also they didn’t refill important medicines and I had to remind them. I see this continue and grow in this pandamic situation. I am planing to change some best pharmacy. This is the last time I am visiting this place. Not worth it

This place is a disaster. If anyone but cvs was recognized by my health insurance they'd already be in my rear view mirror. I waited in store for 2 hours. They messed up my stuff and had to fill it again. It took another hour. After messing up on pricing on some vitamins, refused to honor their advertised price... Knowing full well they'd already told me the reason it took so long is because they thought I couldn't afford my meds. Way to profile people. If you want timely, respectful service go anywhere but here.nnAlso not from today's abysmal service... But I will tell you, the coupons they print out on your receipt only work a fraction of the time. So plan on having to get a poor tempered manager to fix that.nnAs a person I've only put 5 negative google reviews (including this one) so this is legit. I don't destroy every place I dislike online. This place is just so bad I owe it to the next consumer to warn you before they suck your time and money.

Bad customer service. Waited 7 minutes at the front desk while three employees ignored me. Not a word from them, until I finally was able to get their attention.
