I spent 4 (FOUR) hours on the phone to get a prescription shipped to me. Do you find this normal? Walgreens keeps saying it is my fault. I have been a customer there for 10+ years. How can it be my fault????

It’s a shock to see a chain pharmacy over 4 stars. I needed an antibiotic for my kid and it took them well over an hour. It could be the lack of help that Walgreens limit or poor management. Either way, this isn’t the first time I have waited for what is a simple amoxicillin prescriptions. I will have to use a pharmacy a bit more reliable.

I just find out that the medicine I have take for month it is wrong, it is refill, I wish the Welgreen to investigate this to see how could this happen?

This is the most inefficient or probably has the slowest staff. Limited open hours, always big lines and always staff takes for even. Sometime I just goto pick a pain meds and decide to live with pain then keep waiting in stupid long waiting lines with just even a few cars. Not sure who give them 4 stars

They're overworked, and there is always a long wait. Get these pharmacists some more help.
