We rented a space from PS Business parks in Irving, TX. It was one of the worst experiences of our business rental experience. Their attitude was very confrontational - but in reality your tenants are your customers. They took out extra money from our deposit even when we had cleaned the place to perfection when we left. During the 4 year lease we had - we had several issues - one issue was the foundation of the building was damaged which lead to them demolishing a wall of our office - they didnt provide any rental compensation for this inconvenince. Basically untill they stop treating their tenants as advesaries and begin to treat them like customers we would not recommend this company to anyone.
