I was new to the facility so I did not have much items in my unit, I came on a rainy day and noticed there was a leak. I brought this up to the staff and he was able to re-accommodate me onto another unit in the hour. Great staff and great customer service!
Chris Cobb is amazing. This is the second unit I have leased from him and he is extremely helpful and responsive. He greets his customers even from afar with a friendly wave. He is an asset to this location.
