Asia Express helped me move from Dallas to California last summer and I appreciate Mr. James Lee's efforts. First, the delivery was on time without delay. Second, I paid the fee that was originally contracted, without any hidden charge required. Third, Mr. Lee kept his promise to get involved from packing in Dallas to unpacking in CA. In overall, I was satisfied with Asia Express and, if possible, hope to use this company again.
Worst moving experience ever. I don't want to give even one star.nnJames Lee is kind only until he gets paid. Don't believe what he says. He doesn't keep his words. He didn't finish the moving on time trying to save the cost without using any helpers. He doesn't listen to and care the customer's needs. He broke, damaged and lost many stuff and doesn't compensate them even though he promised to do.nnOnce again, don't be deceived by his kindness and words before you pay. You will certainly be disappointed and stressed by him. Keep out James Lee and find other Korean moving companies in DFW area. He is the worst.
Worst service ever in my life... Do not pay him (James Lee) first. He kept asking to pay first, but once I did, he never gets me back with what he had promised to cover the things he broke. It has been several months but I am still waiting... “I will let you know by next week..” he does not contact me... so I text him, and he say the same thing, “by next week.” I call him the next week, and he say exactly the same thing even with a rude malicious manner.nI am not a kind of person who leaves a review in any websites, but I could not help for this one, James Lee. What a worst business-mind person
They are very nice movers and I moved my apartment with good price.nThank you.
