Daryl Flood Logistics is an awesome relocation company. They took care of our household move as if it were their own. We had several personal heirloom items and they took great care of them. Definitely recommend them to anyone. The crew was professional and cheery. They helped make a stressful move so much better for us knowing we were in good hands.

I just had a horrible experience with Daryl Flood Logistics! My refrigerator was set to be delivered. It’s been on back order since before Christmas. They called me last week to set up a delivery and explained that they could only deliver it on Thursdays. I explained I was working that day and unable to get off and asked for a late delivery time and cleared this with my boss. I was told they would help accommodate this. They just called to inform me that my time for delivery was between 11-3 so literally the middle of the day. Said they would be sure to make it a late afternoon delivery at around 1230. Also I was told they couldn’t accommodate every person’s schedule and that we were just a number to them picked out of a computer. Also said this is the only time and date and the order would be canceled! Absolutely horrible customer service. Nothing worse than being told your nothing but a number to them!

My experience was outstanding from beginning to end.nA well-known competitor tried to upcharge me last minute, making my call to Daryl Flood very last minute. Jimmy Wilson was the first person I interacted with. He took my last minute stress and immediately offered solutions. He was thorough, and made the process incredibly simple. On moving day, my movers called to let me know when they were on the way, arrived on time, and handled everything with great care. They were professional, friendly and quick. Eric and Leo, you guys were awesome!nnDaryl Flood will be my first call next time!

Terrible experience always. I have used 3 times because my company uses them.nnThe initial coordinator is helpful only up to point of taking the money.nnAfter that, they pawn you off to a random crew who is not professional and are not organized.nnOur moves have always been stressful with them.
