I had the pleasure of doing business with this company for the first time this morning! My Hairstylist highly recommended I purchase their body wave hair and I’m so thankful that I followed her instructions. Once it was delievered I knew I had made the right decision. They have great customer service. They pay close attention to details. Meaning their packaging that I found to be quite impressive. The icing on the cake is that their extensions are priced just right. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I cannot say enough about how amazing my overall experience was with this company. I have never had a full sew in and honestly was completely lost about what to order. The night before my appointment I got stuck at work and could not make it to a store. I found this company at 715 am and my appointment was at 9. I was terrified because I knew if I didnt find something I would have to cancel. The rep was phenomenal! He took his time and didn't press the sale. He gave thorough descriptions and even sent pictures! It took about 20-30 minutes to complete my order because I was so clueless. After I ordered, I received a link to a YouTube video so I would know how to take care of my hair to preserve the lifetime of it. I hadn't even seen the hair and was already excited about the DELIVERY...YES THEY DELIVERED IT DIRECTLY TO THE SHOP. Since it was already last minute that worked in my favor. I received a text message with an approximate arrival time and another that allowed me to track the driver. When the driver got close I received another text and it allowed me to shared my exact location so he could come into the plaza directly to me. The driver came in with 4 separate bags with a variety of the things I discussed with the rep so I could choose which I wanted. This man got down on one knee in the shop and held a tray with the bags and waited patiently as my stylist and I went through the hair. I was allowed to open and touch to make sure I liked the quality. I kept everything I touched because it was all beautiful. When I made my selection he said that's going to be beautiful on you. Man what!?! I offered to tip and he said I'm sorry ma'am I'm not allowed to accept tips. I insisted and he still declined. I said well give me your cash app and I will tip you. I appreciate you being so patient. He laughed but declined. Absolutely speechless. I will share with everyone I've even met!

Peruvian body wave matched with hair and blended well with my own hair naturally. I will recommend this place to anyone. Customer service and same day delivery was wonderful. Thank you!

Hair not shed, not tangle, not a smell, it does take dye well, lasted for about a year and then I had purchased more. Customer service is amazing and I love that they deliver to your door the same day. Good for the price I not had any issue with my virgin hair extensions. Hair is good and prices.

I know just how important it is to follow up with customers to retain business, so I was very impressed that they reached out to follow up with me. Great customer engagement ladies!!! And their Brazilian deep wave hair Extensions has a very nice curly pattern look and they are GREAT Quality, my stylist was even impressed on the price of my hair extensions and with how easy it was to added color highlights.
