I paid for the 3 pizza slices for $3 and the employee gave me only 2 when I paid for 3. I found out about this once I got home because I did not check immediately. Also why does your employees stuff multiple pizza slices in 1 box? When it is meant to be 1 slice per box. Are you guys really saving a significant amount of money by not using 1 extra pizza slice box?

The $14 dollar X-treme shine at the new car wash system did a good job. The new wash menu standing TV was looking better than the wash menu that was attached to the wall and if you go through the wash at night you can see all the lights in the bay it changes colors. But the back of the truck was a little bit dirty. So you probably shouldn't have a trailer hitch in the back of your vehicle in the bay for the brushes to clean the back. Also, when you go through the tire shine scrubbers at the end, make sure you hurry up and get through it before the light on the tire shine sign turns off on you.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier, but I am also empathetic regarding “time of day,” and I can only imagine what they deal with overnight. Otherwise— car wash works, and works very well at that! Restrooms available. I didn’t encounter any products that were out-of-date/expired (possibly a first!), and fuel prices were on point. This is definitely one of the locations to which I will return, even if it’s a bit of a detour.

It's a gas station. What can I say? I rarely go inside so I'm just writing about the outside. It's clean, well-maintained, and I've never had any information stolen from my debit card here. I've never tried any of the food offerings and I think I've only purchased one or two cups of coffee since I've been coming here. But you'll notice that the pumps are clean and that employees are sweeping up outside regularly and that trash cans are emptied frequently. There's a car wash in the back, and you get a $0.10 per gallon discount on fuel if you buy a car wash.It's conveniently located next to I-35, brightly-lit, and it's easy to get back on the freeway.

Abdul, who claims to be the store manager, is very rude and dismissive. I live near this store, come here often and usually never have problems up until now. I really think he didnt understand what the problem was, let alone want to deal with it. After about 20 mins of failing to explain the issue, due to his lack of comprehension, he said there was nothing he could do. If I pay for a service and I dont receive that service, I should be issued a refund. I will be contacting corporate becuase he clearly lacks the skills to run a store effectively. Also, there was a heavy set spanish looking lady (I didnt catch her name) at the counter who also became upset after I asked for the store number. She proceeded to give me the store address with an attitude, not understanding what I meant. I asked for the store number, which identifies each gas station. How does a store employee not know their store number?! I didnt ask for the telephone number or address. The store number is #35378 by the way. You can't get upset or annoyed with someone because you dont understand what they're saying or requesting from you. Also, as a store employee, working in customer service, it's your job to give customer service and be knowledgeable so that you can handle all types of different situations. Its comical for someone to make it seem like it's no big deal or not that serious when someone has a complaint or problem, when the same could be said about the store refunding my money. I work hard for my money and I don't care if its $1 or $1000. I expect to get what I pay for. I will not be returning to this store.
