I have visited this Convenience store on 11 Aug2020. Purchased cigarettes, lays and beer.nI haven’t find Ale beer here.nThey are maintaining hand sanitizer inside of shop.nThe entrance door is manually need to open during this COVID-19 situation. It’s better if some one from shop would clean the door handles periodically which will help customers.nShop is moderately big and staff is attentive.nThis shop located at busiest location in the Dallas
Terrible customer service, I put a twenty on the counter and said 20 quick pick on lotto, she looks at me and says you want what? I said 20 quick pick on the lotto, she says you want 40? I said twenty once more, she goes to the machine and can not operate it and ask another employee for help, the other employee tells her she is doing it wrong and ask how many, I said 20 quick pick on lotto, the other girl looks at the twenty dollar bill and says you want 40? At this point, I think I must be on some prank show and pick up the twenty dollar bill and leave the store.
Employees constantly have masks below nose, and frequently don't enforce mask mandates for customer. Employee there a couple of days ago had mask completely down and was working with food items on the grill. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable.

Busy with laborers during lunch hours and weeknights obviously. Cashiers are always quick and they remember me.
