The absolute worst RaceTrac. Nasty store and bathrooms. The employees are always playing and have the worst customer service. They close the inside of the building every night at 9:45pm so they don’t have to service anyone and they say it’s closed until 3pm for deep cleaning. But when you go back at 6 or 7am in the morning. Everything is the same. I have watched them close the door on several people at the door trying to get in just so they don’t have to service them. So guess what happens we all end up across the street at the 7-11 for what we need. RaceTrac check your cameras your people aren’t working. And it’s always the same crew who does this!! Always!!

Since this place is close to my job i visit it pretty often mostly at 4-5 am. Today is 2/24/21. I don't know their names but a short hair black women and a tall heavyset black man with a red dyed afro are rude and short with me and all im doin is making a normal purchase. Im always in a hurry so i don't ask for anything out the ordinary. I may stop goin there because i tired of getting treated like a child. The one on carbon close to my house is much better. If it don't change I'm making a call to corporate.

I like how you guys are saying that contactless payments work on your fuel pumps but it does not I sat there for 30 minutes trying to get it to work. Pro tip don’t go to racetrac if you have Apple Pay or Samsung pay it does not work!

The manager Oscar was so incorporative.nI asked for a simple request.nSince I drove all the way from Plano to Irving for an event. I was hoping to finally find my drink at this location. I got nowhere.nThe guy Spends most of the time behind closed doors.nWhen he finally does come out he’s lazy and doesn’t want to call another store for his customer. I needed to know if another location had the item I’m wanting this was my second location looking for it.nI didn’t want to continue driving around for nothing.nThis rude dude turn me down and walked away..

The new management here is absolutely amazing, I came here on a Friday and there was only one register open but the line was moving fairly fast . I come here a lot and I see a new guy on the register his name is Daniel anyways I believe he was a manager and the way he handled everybody in such a polite happy manner was shocking, most people are rude and smug but he was so happy to be there so was their new manager Maggie I’ve seen her many times but i love coming here freshest coffee and hot breakfast sandwiches !!
