My card was charged several times for $70.00 ,$20 and $50.00 I’ve never even been here in my life I live in Utah!!! I’m so upset.. It illegal to enter a card manually and most important someone else’s cardud83eudd2c

I visit a 7-11 store almost every day. I buy the same drink there as well. There is a special for 2 for $2.79. The Reeder and Royal Lane store in Dallas told me I could only use that once. I was trying to buy 4. He wouldn't allow it. You need to take care of a regular customer. I have alot of options where to top in the morning for breakfast and buy gas.

I am Michael D.Wright a customer that paid in cash $70.00 at 7Eleven 2100E Southlake BLV Southlake Texas 75092 Store #34556 on Dec.10/22/2020 at7:45AM for a Steam Card .I came to this store and explain to the head mangse that there was no money on this card .I showed him the card and the recite when i paid for it. The store manger told me they did there part at there store and that the Steam Card did not put the money on the card on there end.I have called the Steam Card 8 times no 0ne have not called me. i have sent them 2 email no has not wrote me back. i have talked to 7 Eleven customer service and I do have anrecoding each time I have talked to someone.I have been told that 7 Eleven cant do anything about. Then I called 7Eleven Customer service again. I was told they will look into it and send it to manger. I called to check on the case after 2 weeks. I was told they closed the case.I explain no one called me. I ask to speak with someone over mangers I was told they cant do that because your corp want customer service to take care oi it.I explain to your customer that I paid for the card and returned the card the next day because the Steam Card had no money on it. I did call the 711 store on DEC,10/22/2020 the same day at my home and told the person working that day this card dont work or have the $70.00 that I gave to the cashier to put on the steam Card .The cashier gave me the head store manger number and I called and left my cell phone. I just want my $70.00 bucks back.

Went in to a 7 eleven today to buy lunch but for the 3rd time in a row a lady that works there making the food is not wearing a mask when it's mandated. I just lost my sister in law to covid now this person is trying to get everyone sick rosedale and 35 in fort worth tx.

8/1920 0430 am. Cashier with no face covering per state mandate. Why is this happening? Not a training issue. A leadership issue.
