Shady the dude with semi long hair tried to charge me 2 dollars extra on my card for gas but didn’t include it at the pump thinking I wouldn’t have noticed. I can only imagine how many people he’s done it to who were too busy to notice.
I don’t typically like to give negative reviews unless my personal situation with bad service happens multiple times and seemingly without care. I have been ordering through 7NOW delivery since late March 2020 due to COVID-19. This location REPEATEDLY fails to send items I have paid for. I have contacted corporate and was twice advised they contacted the store over this. It is this location - and this location only - that fails to properly gather my items and further, fails to issue me a refund!nnYet, today I ordered from 7NOW and did not receive the items I paid for. At this point, it appears management/staff do not care. I am planning to contact the corporate office again (this is now the 5TH OCCURENCE) to let them know that under no circumstances may a delivery for my address come from the store.
This is INEXCUSABLE. There is NO reason a 7-Eleven bathroom should look this way. You're right off the highway, guys. Do better.
This 7 Eleven is evil... They serve old pizzas when you order for 7 Eleven delivery. That’s so wicked.nVery untrustworthy people.nAlso, they won’t answer the store phone not set the voicemail up so you can call and complain. They know exactly what they are doing, avoiding customer calls so we can’t complain.nOne day I will personally visit them to let them know they are doing wrong.
