Strongly suggest going to Better Business Bureau and look at complaints before doing business here. They responded to me through bbb but letter was a pre-written letter they send to all complaints... it was addressed to a different person. Until situation is resolved I will continue to warn people with bbb it speaks for itself.

Shopping for a car with *cough* challenged credit is very tiresome. I tried picking and choosing vehicles online only to go into a dealership and be told that with my credit I can only get one of the vehicles in the back that the birds have been using for target practice. This was NOT what I experienced with Drivetime. Aaron and the team over at Drivetime in Lewisville put me into the EXACT car that I wanted and I have the peace of mind with the 5 year 50,000 warranty that let's me just enjoy the ride. I may still have 99 problems but a car ain't one. Thank you!
