I am really impressed and satisfied with the professionalism that my service agent, James Norris, displayed during my visit at AutoNation Honda Lewisville. He was easy to locate and approach, and was knowledgeable about the systems of my 2020 Honda Pilot. He provided me with facts and helped me to make decisions based on honesty. I was very satisfied that he kept me informed and gave me progress updates. He was most efficient in processing and explaining the paperwork. When my Honda was delivered, he inspected the exterior for cleanliness. He even cleaned off what was missed, himself. I think Mr Morris is a fine representative of the good work I expect each time, at AutoNation Honda Lewisville!nThank you, James...Great Job!

AutoNation Honda provided great customer service. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. The assistance of Jimmy the service advisor was straight to the point and helpful. As I was waiting the Service Director with a smile was asking if I needed a donut or something drink. I kindly declined but the attentiveness she was showing was appreciated. I purchased my car from here and is the only place I get my car serviced. If you have a Honda this is the place you would want to come to.nnUpdate: On 1-2-21, I went to this dealership to receive the same services mentioned above. This time my Service Advisor was Joe Sims who assisted me and kept me in the loop of my vehicle status. I've been a customer of this dealership since 2017. I am well pleased with the customer service and the care taken with my vehicle. The 5 stars will remain.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a link to complete the customer satisfaction survey. However, I wanted to let everyone know how awesome this dealership is.nnI truly enjoyed my visit on Saturday with my service advisor, James. James was a pleasure to work with and offered superb service. He was quick to answer any questions I had and thoroughly explained how often I just get my car serviced. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. I’m looking forward to my next visit with James and another 5-star service.

Every experience we have had at AutoNation Lewisville has been a great one! - From buying a car, to regular maintenance and most recent a body shop repair! (I am thrilled that they also offer reasonable, fast and a beautifully done body work!) - We could not have been more pleased! The service advisors have been wonderful, we well as the work done! (and pricing is good too!) 5 Star Experience! We will be back!

We had a great experience while trading in our vehicle. We did not feel pressured into something we couldn’t afford by Doug who sold us the car, or Manny the finance director that finalized the sale. They were both very relaxed and respectful of what we wanted and needed. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Honda Lewisville to family and friends.
