This place is fairly consistent with their speed of service and quality. They however NEVER in almost a year of coming here multiple times a week, have gotten sauces placed in the bag with out repeatedly checking. Paying for an extra sauce? Nope. Order French fries and ask for some ketchup? Nope. Its really frustrating because of how good everything else is typically.

Not our usual McDonald's but I wish it was. The night manager working, a very sweet Hispanic man, had such great customer service. He was so polite and just so much nicer than our usual McDonald's night manager. I didn't catch his name but I hope he knows he's doing great and made our night

I go through drive-thru it's very common after a certain hour late at night they only take cash that can't help their business I went through the drive-thru they told me they only are taking cash I had to limit my options as I had my card but only $3 in change in my vehicle. I waited almost 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries with no one ahead of me and the fries that are brought out to me are cold and unsalted. So I don't understand what took me 10 minutes. Because they obviously did make fresh fries. I waited 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger with nobody ahead of me. Very little regard is given to the late night at this restaurant I would strongly suggest everyone to stay away from it after 11 p.m.

There was no one in the front to take my order, they just looked at me and then looked away...So I had to use the kiosk. There were two women who obviously saw us standing there too. There was one order ahead and I asked if it was mine or theirs and she shook her finger at me and didn’t say a word. Then when our order was finally ready she didn’t say anything. No thank you, no nothing. There were no napkins in the bag. I had to flag her down and practically scream to get her attention to ask her for a water cup and napkins. They weren’t even busy either. Corporate needs to pay more attention to bad locations like this and the management here must be bad too if this is how they treat customers.
