This was the worst experience in my life. The young lady was scamming customers saying the system is down for 2weeks when I saw her take cash out from the back and didn’t put the order on the computer didn’t want to give me a receipt when asked why she said That she was just putting the orders in to see how much it was but I don’t get it if the system is down how are they ringing up orders to see how much my order was
Mc Donald's, Todd the young man that took my order, his voice is that of a sports announcer a natural gift already installed. His voice would be great in a McDonald's commercial
To say that I'm very upset doesn't began to express how I really feel about what happened with our order. I sent my husband to the one place that I thought that I could depend on, and I was saddly mistaken. To add insult to injury, I was starving. I mean, Sis hadn't eaten all day. So I was pass hangry!!!!! Let's get into it. Our order was given away to someone else. Okay! mistakes happen. But the remake.......YEAH!!! Our double quarter pounder weren't fresh, our fries had extra heart disease( Salt ) and wasn't hot, my chicken sandwiches had lettuce when there wasn't suppose to be any( allergic) and I still can't get a drink with more than 3 ice chips. Ya'll hurt my feelings!!!!!!
Awful. After 16 minutes, we drove off frustrated and without food. The drive through was horribly backed up. For goodness sake, doing construction on the drive through should be during off hours! Not during the early morning and day. Revenue lost!
Just had a raw crispy chicken sandwich... that says it all about the quality, will never visit again.
