Not the biggest location but had a decent selection (not so much in their manga section). Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is kept neat. It's nice knowing I live so close to this location. Found what I went for except for one book but a staff member offered to help me with ordering or finding at another location. Overall, a good experience.
They have rules set in place to keep space and comfort between the shoppers. The Starbucks is still open, but they are still renovating the back. I hope it opens back up into a play area/reading area for children or adults. I love it here.
I always go to the Vista Ridge's Barnes & Noble to get my books. Although, there was this one time in Vista Ridge's Barnes & Noble, where I was charging my laptop near an outlet, and the manager told me harshly to take my charger off the outlet. There was no explanation, and I agreed to take the charger off. Customer Service here is awful, although the Cafe's customer service is splendid. This place is small, so I would not recommend going to Barnes & Noble to study.
Clean , very neat and organized. Great selection, great prices. Cool LP and dvds. Love the location. Staff friendly.
Found a lot of good gifts here for my teenage boys. Will be going back without my wife to get her some gifts that she oohed and awed over while shopping.
