Definitely needs to level up on customer service. There was no one to greet and seat us when we entered the restaurant. Not a single server in sight. We waited a few mins, the bartender happened to pop out for a bit, saw us, didn't acknowledge us and just walked right back to where he came from. We waited, he showed up again and I had to walk to him, leaving my guest behind, to ask to be seated. This was NOT a busy time for them. Other than that, the rest of the evening went well. But the not so welcoming experience is something I won't forget.

This location definitely needs to close down. We came on a Monday after 5pm and it was not busy at all. Waited 15 minutes for someone from another section to come and ask us what we wanted to drink. Waited a long period of time for someone to come and bring our drinks! Even water! The table we were taken to was not clean, trash on the floor and seat. We ordered a drink that we never got. The manager came over and said he will check on it. Still never came. The waiter was not attentive at all. The restaurant barely had people in it but everything still took forever to come out. By far the worst restaurant experience we have ever had.

Service isn't great. Restaurant feels dirty. Food was just ok. Not the best applebee's location.

Well, so much for expecting good service. Applebees, you really let me down today. I placed an online order and said to pick it up in 15 minutes. Great, away I went. When I got there I went into the curbside to go entrance and it took 10 minutes to find someone who would not ignore me. She asked if she could help, I said I was waiting for my order, gave my name. She checked and said the order wasn't ready. 20 minutes later someone else came over and asked what I was waiting for. I gave my name again. He reached over to the counter, grabbed my order and handed it to me. I waited 30 minutes for my order and it was sitting out the entire time! Pay attention to your customers! This is number one. When I got back to the hotel, I was shorted the utensils that I requested on my order. Yes, they were an item in my checkout. I was also not given the blue cheese dressing I ordered for my wings. About as poor of a customer experience as one should have.
