First time there, will certainly return. I got two sliders, my boyfriend got a full size burger and we split a small order of regular and a small order of curly fries. Everything was excellent. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside.

The food was pretty good. I got a specialty burger with bacon, mushrooms, and jalapeños but no cheese. It was cooked quickly, too my taste, and the service was attentive. The location is also convenient - I went shopping and saw the restaurant and stopped in. I will be back.

My wife absolutely loves this place, unfortunately for me it's just okay. Food and service are certainly acceptable but sadly it's not my first choice when I crave a great burger.

My partner and I went here today to pick up lunch. First off, all they had was sliders but we paid for full sized burgers which was not reflected online. Then my partner noticed that a few of the employees working in the kitchen were not wearing masks. He asked the manager to tell them to put masks on and she complied but another employee (tall bearded white guy) laughed at him then went in the back and took his mask off where my partner could see to mock him. Pretty digusting that we're almost a year into this pandemic and places like JC Burger bar still do not care about the health and well being of their customers. Needless to say we asked for a refund and will not be returning which is a shame because the food is delicious.

Wanted to try out this place instead of my regular SmashBurger! Called in Ordered for a pickup an Impossible Burger! Went there to pick up - first impressions, looked like a nice joint, much to like (however no mask / PH adherence, but that's okay, mine is a pickup order)! The asian lady at the counter checked my name, asked you ordered a Beyond Burger? I said, NO NO - it is an Impossible burger that I ordered (personally, I don't like Beyond but much love Impossible). The lady was nice and we ended the convo saying both are plant based as she does not seem to understand the difference between Beyond and Impossible. The check/bill said it is Beyond Burger (so I had my suspicions) and upon coming home and opening the package, surprise that it tasted like a Beyond Burger (not what I ordered) and the bun was White bread instead of what it said online as Wheat. Bottom line, I had to trash and ordered another from Smash! I wanted to be a regular customer, but with this experience, probably that was the last order! The 2 Stars was because the Asian lady was nice to chat with although I hope she understood there is a huge difference between a Beyond and Impossible burger!nnBottom line - don't waste your money and time here!
