This place has all you need to make anyone happy, their pastries & cakes are delicious & up to the mark. The ice-creams reminds me of the flavors & taste of India. I’ve been trying different ice creams & shakes so far Ferraro Rocher has been my favorite. The staff is pretty friendly even during busy hours.
There is a huge selection of flavors and all of them are good. Had butterscotch here after a long time and it was so delicious!
We love to visit this place with family and friends. Although it is little over priced but it is worth of it. We have been to Plano and Carrollton location as well. But Irving is the best.
I ordered for a sweet soda (nobody will just know that they will add masala to it) so the lady at the counter gave me one with the masala, and i have asked her if she could replace it, she said she can’t do that brazenly and I’ll have to place one more order. One star is just for her rude service.
I was waiting in the line for about 15 minutes. The guy at the register took the order from the guy behind me and gave him first instead of me. This is very RUDE behavior. Management need to take a look at this.
