The sandwich was great. I miss the Italian style sub (Don't serve sandwiches with ham.). Happy to see the autumn squash soup is still around. It is delicious.

I just ordered online, paid for a pizza and drink. My son picked it up and did not get a drink. He wasn't aware and didn't know to ask. I called when he got home, asked to get a refund for my drink that I DIDN'T receive and was told they don't do partial refunds over the phone and I would need get a free drink on my next order. I don't live close and don't come to that location often. This is completely horrible and poor customer service. Regardless if it was a $3.00 drink, I felt ripped off! I used to love Panera but this will definitely make me reconsider ordering again! UGH ud83eudd2c That a way to make extra money and not service people!

My experience here in the past has been good. Last night I ordered 2 chicken noodle soups via curbside. The soup was awful. It had a brown color, it tasted scorched and spoiled. Looks like it had been there all day. I order their chicken noodle soup a lot so I know what it should taste like and how it should look.nI called and spoke to a manager who apologized and asked if I could come back so that he could replace the order. It was almost 10 p.m. so I told him I would come back another day.nI went there about noon to get my replacement order. I was given two plastic forks to eat my soup. When I opened the cup, the soup looked similar to the one I got last night. As I stirred the soup, I noticed that the old soup from last night was mixed with the new one today. Very disgusting. I couldn’t believe it. There were the dark brown noodles from last night mixed with the new noodles this morning. Unbelievable. I won’t be ordering there again. A waste of time and money.

I didn’t think I had to treat you like McDonald’s. I’m used to checking my order there. I was so disappointed to open my Fuji apple salad and have no cheese crumbles on it. The cheese crumbles make the salad. Frustrated.

Love this Panera! The staff is always amazing & the night shift manager, (Al/Ale I think), always takes great care of us. I have never received bad service & everything is always in stock and CLEAN. There's 2 Panera's by my house & they are nowhere near as good as this one :)
