The customer service is lacking for sure. The staff was rude and not very helpful with questions. I said hi but the cashier just ignored me completely. They seemed to be all mad? ***** And nope I am not calling customer service. U guys should have known now how many pp mentioned about this recurring issue and it has not improved at all. If u got time, train ur staff. Don't waste time on replying with the same message that does not make any difference.

We went there today and everything looked so amazing that i bought 4 different kinds of pasteries AND a coffee. Everything was so delicious and moist and fresh i will be back ASAP!! they even have fancy cakes and things that you can order for birthdays or special occasions YUM

The coffee and food are great. The store is clean and the everyone wore masks which was good. The customer service was very lacking. The staff was rude and not very helpful at all. I asked them to heat up my pastries and they just didn’t understand...when I’ve been to other Paris Baguettes and they’ve done that. It’s ok if they don’t do it right now because of the pandemic but they didn’t even say that. They just shook their head and didn’t really try to help. They also don’t really know about their products. I asked if their iced milk coffee was sweetened and they said no! I got one and it was very sweet. I also asked for the coffee that was clearly displayed on their menu screen and then the cashier got sassy and told me I was wrong and that I should say it a different way next time! It’s clearly written on their board that way. If they have a problem with it, then they should change it, on their end. Not blame the customer. Good product ruined my experience with bad customer service.

Why does your employee always look so mad and has no expression on their face? Is that the concept? I see that many people brought up about the customer service attitude but it seems like nothing has been done. This only shows that you are deceiving the customers voice.

Very cool place, the pastries remind me of Sweet Hut in Plano but Paris Baguette has more cream filled item. The price is more expensive than Sweet Hut, I absolutely loved the cute vibe it had. I went on a Saturday, very busy! The service wasn't that great, no one spoke until I got up to the cashier to pay for my items. Other than that, I'd definitely go back.
