GREAT PLACE TO GO HAVE LUNCH. WORKERS ARE SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. PLACE LOOKS CLEAN. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. THE MANAGER ERIC CAME OUT TO CHECK ON ME AND MY FAMILY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOING SMOOTHLY. MY GO TO PANERA

Walked in and the fountain drinks were not ready all empty asked one of workers if they'd be filled and she stated it would be 20 minutes. Then me and my husband were looking for somewhere to sit and saw several tables and booths were not cleaned we had to clean the area we were sitting at ourselves. Then we got an alert that our food was ready but still had to wait 10 minutes more after the alert for our food. they didn't give us our bread nor silverware. And still after 20 minutes the fountain tea drinks were not made . I chose this location because it is a new location and wanted to upgrade from my usual place but unfortunately my usual place looks out dated but I always get a good serving of what I order.

We go there 4-5 times a week following their app deals. $8.99 monthly unlimited double portion coffees and whatever deal looks yummy. Very freshest crunchiest salads - I like the super zesty cherry tomatoes and goat cheese vinaigrette salads. The new flatbread pizzas are above what's out there and crazy good pizza combos. Always clean wiped down, great for study and business laptops work.

This is my favorite restaurant in Coppell, TX. I normally spend my weekends here and it is VERY clean. Awesome bagels/coffee. I would strongly recommend this Panera Bread location for the nice breakfast/lunch with the Free coffee .

I ordered food at around 11 am and didn’t receive the food until 12.30 pm so I called them to see what is wrong and they said they canceled my order without informing me. I know it’s really bad outside to drive but you should have at least send me a mail or inform me about my order. I waited over an hour for food which never got delivered, very unprofessional. Not happy with the service, will never order from them and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
