I have had two great experiences with Bill. He custom made the jacket of my wedding set, to go around my custom engagement ring. It is perfect!nHe recently sold a high dollar value (> $10K) item for me, not long after he opened this McKinney location, and it too was a great experience.nThe store is beautiful and he has some beautiful jewelry in it!nI will definitely continue to use Bill for my future fine jewelry transactions.

Bill(William) was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I had been looking for a special piece of jewelry for some time and we went by the William Williams Store in Celina(previously named Celina Custom Jewelry) to see if they might have anything in stock. Bill's son told us that the new store in Downtown McKinney might have what we were looking for.nnWe went to the store in Downtown McKinney and found a piece that we liked, but Bill offered to bring in a few additional pieces so that we have some options. We ended up going with the piece that he had in stock and he set the stone in the exact setting that my wife was looking for. It was perfect.nnNot only did we find exactly what we were looking for, but the service and conversation with Bill was a wonderful relief compared to other stores in the area.nnThank you Bill and we will be sending all of our friends a family your way.
