Dr. Lightsey is very professional and knowledgeable. She works with your abilities and modifies your therapy to get the best results. It's not just a cookie cutter program with her!

I can't say enough about Dr. Amanda Lightsey. I just wish I would have done this much sooner. She truly has a passion for what she does, and it can be seen in each session that I complete with her. Not to even mention the face that in just 2 sessions, I am 90% pain free!

Dr. Lightsey is knowledgeable, talented and effective in her work. The improvement I have gained in mobility and relief in pain make me hopeful I won't require surgery. I really like the private one on one attention one gets at Dr. Lightsey's office. I would definitely recommend her services!

Amanda Lightsey is awesome! She is a great listener, efficient and thorough. What I love so much about my sessions with her is that I was not only doing the proper sequence of moves and exercises to regain my mobility, I was being educated in order to engage in a healthy life style. Highly recommend her!

Worked with me and taught me what exercises I needed to get back on my feet. Listened to me and helped me understand if I had questions. Evaluated my progress during our appointments and showed me when I was or wasn’t making progress. All of this with compassion and a heart for wanting to help. If I needed her again, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
