Wait time at drive thru is horrible. Each customer today was at window 10 minutes or more. I was 5th in line. This is unacceptable. Something needs to be done about this service. I have 19 prescriptions at this store and am considering moving them to another pharmacy. I am at store continuously and spend way too much time.

The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The only downside to their great service is the wait for Rx pick up can be long, that's the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star.

Wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to get a prescription filled at this Boonville Kroger Pharmacy. Was also given wrong information by staff. Remedial training is needed.nLuckily, in just under 5 minutes the staff at another pharmacy was able to take care of me & I only paid half the price of what Boonville Kroger quoted.
