My daughter had a few prescriptions sent over to this location. They were going to charge me regular cost. My daughter has Medicaid insurance that pays the entire cost. They would spend the time to look it up in the system. I called my local pharmacy and they were able to look it all up in no time.

Alexis wasn’t rude to me at all. Maybe they were very busy that day. I always love it when she is there she is on top of her game. If it’s not their policy then how can you get angry with someone. I make it a habit to always ask if it has a discount!

Susan AbkennThe pharmacy technician named Alexis was most helpful in assisting me with questions regarding medications. After being at Walmart and getting frustrated because no one would help me. She had a huge smile on her face and such a great attitude.

Alexis has always been great with me! Maybe it’s you! Also employees are only allowed what they are told to do and your taking your frustration out on the wrong person.
