We had a great experience with Handlin Piano Company and Mr. Handlin. He came on time and spent more than enough time making sure our piano was perfect. He also gave me several names of cleaning solutions for the wood and for the keys. Along with giving me a website that would be perfect for my daughter to learn fun songs for teenagers. Then, he contacted me after he left to let me know the year in which my piano was made. We felt he went above and beyond to tune our piano.

I was put at ease once Mr. Handlin arrived to complete the work on my piano. After stumbling over a few inadequate repairmen over the years, I was VERY pleased with Mr. Handlins knowledge of his work and his prompt response time. The repair has held up well. I appreciate his diligent work and recommend his services.

Excellent customer service! He came out and once realizing we had just moved the piano from my grandmothers house, suggested waiting a week before we did the pitch raise and tuning. He came to the house the next week and worked on our piano. He did an excellent job explaining different things about my piano and sound. Made some suggestions for cleaning and future tune ups. I asked about a couple of the stuck keys and he said he didn't have the right supplies with him to do it right then but today called while he was in the neighborhood and came by and fixed the stuck keys, free of charge. Over all I am very impressed and would highly recommend him. Very professional.
