Had a blown head gasket and didn’t want to drive home. Mike was my guy and he kept the ride friendly and Cordial without the awkward silence. It was Reasonably priced beating comp by $15. I highly recommend.

My truck didn't start in the morning so I called Lithia and had A-1 Towing recommended. I called and asked for a tow. Not to expensive ($60 for local/intown). The first time they came after I left for work and David jumped my truck. Unfortunately it ended up being a bad cell so the charge didn't hold and I was left with the same problem later. I called again and Darla and Jana helped work out an arrangement that worked for everyone. The truck was towed 20 minutes later and delivered safely. Good experience overall.

Anthony of A-1 towing was great very friendly and patient I'd use them again if needed service was fast.

Only reason they won't put up signs is so they can steal your car, accuse you of lying, and scam you of your money.nThis is what happened to me. Employees love to argue it seems, and basically just told me I'm full of it and said to either pay or I leave. Tried to tell them how ambiguous the tow zone was due to the proximity of other locations and lack of signs. Don't be surprised if these people don't even hear you out. They said it happens all the time to college students and of course refuse to put up more signs in a massive lot so they can rack it in. Not surprised how they prey on people with the attitude the disrespectful employees had.nnUber driver that drove me to the Bryan location even said he's known this company for their shifty ways. When I went to pick up my car, it was completely covered in dirt and dust from their junk-filled lot filled with wrecked cars.nnThese practices are absolutely unethical and it goes to show from all of this how much they actually care about people. If you don't want people to park somewhere, make it evident. If it's still happening often, then it's OBVIOUSLY NOT EVIDENT ENOUGH.
