I came in for the most simple of orders (which I will list down below) and not only were my Nacho Fries old and cold and soggy but I was missing a taco. Normally this doesn't bother me but seeing as many of my friends have worked for this company and informed me how much attention isn't really paid I was shocked to see a company I had a decent relationship go down the drain, Pandemic or Not. Asked for each of my top 5 favorite things on the menu, all of which I was told no, they no longer have any of it and that 14 items have been removed from the menu. Months before these 14 items were dropped, they had already dropped my favorite menu item and only had the chicken version on the menu, which was never my favorite. My Taco Bell changed forever. They dont even have what I crave for anymore.

Love this place but saf they taking off all the things i like to eat...it would be nice if taco bell would survey the public before taking off all the good things that has made taco bell..nacho supreme and mexican pizza wow

The guy working the drive through was super nice and enthusiastic. Gave us plenty of fire sauce, which is key to a good taco bell experience.
