Tony’s alteration really goes above and beyond with customer service! I brought in my scrubs to be altered because they hadn’t been fitting right and when the man at the front noticed I was a healthcare worker, he gave me multiple handmade masks to match my scrubs, free of charge. My scrubs came out fantastic and he even pressed them for me. Please give Tony’s your business, they truly deserve it!
Great Alterations! I broke my zipper on my jeans and I went in to ask if they can just put the zipper back on track. In 4 days, got my green jeans back with a new green zipper attached. It looks great! the consideration to add their own zipper plus a green one is worth 5 stars. $12 is worth the price!
Reasonable price, however it took two tries to hem some dockers as the person who took the measurements didn't do it right. I didn't discover it until a few weeks after I retrieved the pants. When I brought them back - the owner honored the work and they were redone promptly and w/o charge. I'll go back as they stand behind their work.
Was not ready on time. A simple dress hem was not shortened properly (the sides were longer than the front or back when it was supposed to be 2 inches off all around). I dropped it off on a Wednesday due 5 days later on a Monday and it was not ready, checked Tuesday and it was poorly altered, Checked Wednesday and it is still not done. -.-!!! They did not bother to fix it at all or even look at it or call me back to update me.
