Everyone is always pleasant. They do a great job on my dry cleaning, as a matter of fact last year I brought them a dress of mine that a previous dry cleaners totally made it unwearable as far as odor and feel. I asked them to do what they can so maybe It be wearable. And if it got worse it'd be a chance I would take. It took a couple days, but when I picked it up it was so fresh smelling the overlay was soft and shimmery again. They did awesome. Can't even tell now. a year later and a couple wears and cleanings . Guess what... Still rockin it..

Very friendly. Like being able to pick up clothes same day. Do a great job of pressing jeans.

Disappointed in the customer service I received. I dropped off four dresses that were scheduled to be ready in 2 days. I went back 4 days after dropping them off and they couldn't find them. They had NO receipt showing I dropped them off. Luckily, I had the stub in my car. I sat there for 30 minutes before they found only two of the dresses. They asked me to come back in 2 days. When I went back they still weren't ready. Once again they asked me to come back later that afternoon. After a week I finally was able to pick up all four of my dresses. I will not be using this cleaners again.
