Usually very good service. They always remember my name. Prices are decent. Comforters were expensive. But that's about anywhere you're going to pay a high price for a comforter. Personal service.
Prestige Dry Cleaners mixed up my suit with someone else's, giving me her pants. They didn't lift a finger to right the wrong, but just waited for the other person to return my pants, and then, they didn't even call me to let me know that they had finally gotten my pants back. If you want to lose your clothes, or wait three months to get a suit cleaned, use Prestige.
I bring my husband's clothes in about once a month for dry cleaning and I've always had great service. the only issue I've ever had is that the website says the store closes at 6:30 and I got off at 6 and rushed over there and the store had closed at 6.
Useless. They don't do alterations like other more efficient cleaners, and were not able to clean a cloth purse that I wanted cleaned a few weeks ago.
