They destroyed my drapes. Drapes were 84 inches long when they went in to be cleaned, 76 inches long when they came out. They melted the backing of the drapes. Contacted them four times about this issue. Owner admitted the problem, promised to do something - and did nothing. I eventually got my money back for the dry cleaning by contacting my credit card company. They didn't even offer to do that. As to the value of the drapes, I'm just out of luck unless I want to sue them.

We use this dry cleaner for all of our dry cleaning it has done a really good job. We switched and used another dry cleaner for a while and they did not perform as well as Villa Maria cleaners. So we are back for good.
