Good value. The location is very convenient for me. Theres a good selection of equipment. I do wish it had more abs equipment but otherwise its great. Locker room is big.

The facility is four stars. But overall I have to rate the company two stars. Be aware that their contract will state (you agree to pay for 12 months). However, if you do not officially cancel per the contract, it will go month to month. If you forget and let a balance accrue, you can not cancel until your dues are paid in full. That means they will keep charging you monthly. All of this is stated on the last page of the contract. In my opinion, this at a minimum is misleading. This page is not explained to you nor does it have a signature line. Sure, the burden is on us to read the contract, but a great company will go out its way to educate the customer. Furthermore, it would not have a contract designed to automatically go month to month when you, the company, are withdrawing automatic payments from your customers. Especially without warning or communicating in a professional manner.

Don't sign up for personal training at TruFit. They don't tell you your contract auto renews after your last session and you must contact billing to cancel it. Nobody told me that it auto renewed when I signed up and my trainers didn't mention that it auto renewed when I kept asking them when our last session was. Crooks. If you read their reviews on here you will see similar stories like mine. Luckily, I am only out $45, but I can see how they continue to stay in business. Leeching off the irresponsible people who don't look at their bank statements. Won't be doing PT with them ever again and will be looking at alternative options for gyms as soon as my contract expires.

The staff was very informative about the joining process. They answered any/all questions I had and then some! Very excited about my fitness journey with them!

I will NEVER do business with this gym again. I canceled my membership over a year ago, haven't heard anything from the gym and all of a sudden I get a phone call from a debt collection agency that I owe a $400 balance! Wow!!! Nobody said anything to me when I canceled and the next month's payment was supposed to be the last payment. This is so disgusting.
