I am a TruFit member and love going to the gym. I also have one of the best and most understanding trainers there. She works very hard and encourages me to do my best!! Thank YOU Kelli Ray!! I understand that some may not be too happy about having to wear a mask while working out but that is the new norm. C'mon guys hang in there, TruFit is doing their best!!
I’ve had problems with my billing and I had to talk to four different people to even figure out what was going on. No one gives you the same answer and no one contacts you back after promising to do so. The facilities were ok, but not good enough to warrant their terrible business practices and horrible customer service.
I have been a TruFit member for almost two years now and these are some of the takeaways I think everyone should know:nn• Huge Sizen• Great Staffn• Good equipmentnnI loved working out at this facility, unfortunately I will be moving back full time to my home in California, the staff have always been pleasant and for the better part cheerful. The equipment is replaced when broken and maintained by the staff. Most of the trainers seem to have a great understanding of proper technique and how to achieve client goals, I never used them but I noticed the long hair blond male (never got his name) always gave good advice to his clients. With a high variety of bars and machines you never spend more than a few minutes waiting.nnI hope you highly consider joining this great club.
