I was thrilled to see a yoga studio open up in downtown Bryan, and even more excited to see that they were offering an array of evening and weekend classes.nnThis is an absolutely wonderful space in a remodeled historic building, with beautiful hardwood floors and lots of windows letting in natural light. The space itself is beautiful, but the instructors are what make the experience.nnThe instructors are all very experienced and provide excellent guidance through the class. In general, I look for instructors that provide ample guidance without talking so much as to make a distraction, and the instructors at Genesis do just that, tailoring their instructions to the needs of individuals in the class.nnIf you are just trying out yoga or trying to get back into it, this is an incredibly welcoming and friendly space to get started. If you are more experienced, then the array of classes should give plenty of opportunities to continue developing your practice.
