I absolutely love this Whataburger, the service is amazing and the people working are very lovely and helpful. They are trying their hardest and it is very obvious. Every mistake they make they try to reconcile. I love them.
So great to have a new addition to Caldwell. Food and service were great. Someone needs to police the dining room. Tables were not cleared or cleaned between customers. Sanitizing is more important than the mask.
The food is sub par compared to even the likes of McDonald’s. Was disappointed when all the drinks were out of flavor. But those grill and window guys are pretty hot.
Just waited in line for 30mins plus, mind you I was expecting it to be busy so the wait was understandable. What was unexpected was the “BBQ Honey Chicken tender sandwich” I received when I got home. Literally just a chicken strip smooshed in between two buns! Zero honey, or any other toppings. Don’t think I’ll be going back there. If you try them out be sure to check your order fully.
Good burgers not overly messy like some burger places very nice and polite staff.
