I like this business, but FYI the 2 times I've been in since mid-November, have haven't seen anyone behind the counter wear a mask.

Bottom line- Don't take your clothes here!nnI took in several pairs of jeans and several shirts, and one pair of jeans came back with a huge pink stain that covered the pocket. They told my wife when she picked them up that they would try a second chemical to see if they could get it to come out and that if not we can discuss replacement. After I brought the jeans back to them to try the second chemical it didn't remove the stain. The manager told me that there was never any discussion about replacement and that they would never would have said anything like that (they told me that twice and my wife once!). I work in a business where my word is my bond and I hold others to the same standard.nnI'm not one to complain about this kind of thing, they've burned starch on my jeans a couple times and I let it slide. I don't like being lied to. They weren't cheap jeans and now I'm out $100. Thanks Caldwell Dry Cleaners
