I cannot as TRUST was broken so there is NO WAY I could ever feel comfortable using your Dealership nor would I recommend anyone else to purchase from there either. BUYER BEWAREnnSaw an advertised used vehicle on their website, walked in met with Sales Person Monica Martinez, explained my specific needs and terms and she had me fill out the normal application and took it for review. the 2 1/2 hours there I was led to believe they, Austin, the GM and the Sales Rep., Monica Martinez, were working to get me financed however there is a more sinister thing happening instead. I left to return home to get a vehicle I thought might assist in completing the financing part of the process which was taking an unusually long time so I contacted my own credit union to get the financing. For over 30 minutes and I am not exaggerating the Credit Unions Underwriter/Analyst (not a regular loan officer, the actual decision maker to write up the loan) called the sales rep., Monica Martinez, left voicemail and texts with no response. She then contacted the dealership and the Receptionist, AMY (who was the only one I can say anything good about) tried to connect her with 1st the Finance Person over lending, she was told they were not there today, she then asked for anyone handling financial loans, she was told no one was available, she then asked for Austin, the GM, told not available, then asked for Monica Martinez, not available. OK it is a dealership maybe there ALL busy I get that. SO my lender asks them to call her back, waiting, waiting, over hour passes nothing no one calls. The lender calls me and specifically tells me in all her 30 years as a Credit Union Underwriter/Analyst in dealing with Dealerships Nation Wide she has not ever experienced this level of unprofessional conduct and for me to BEWARE and suggested I go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. So I call the sales rep. Monica Martinez (cell phone) goes to voicemail leave her a message and then a text and then I call the dealership. Poor AMY she is in a crossfire at this point, transfers me to Monica Martinez, well her voicemail of course. Now I get a voice mail on my phone, guess who? Sales rep. Monica Martinez, Miss Loretta sorry the truck is sold another salesman sold it and hangs up. Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No phone call to alert me they were selling the vehicle instead led me to believe they were working on my financing. All that was needed was to pickup the phone and call me and explain that someone with cash wanted to buy the truck and allow me an opportunity to come up with the same terms or let the truck go. I was given no such courtesy and instead a truck I thought they were working to assist me in purchasing they sold out from under me. Very long I know but very important!!!nThis dealership according to my personal experience and that of a professional lender is less than ethical in their practice. BUYER BEWARE

Everyone there was so friendly. They were so patient with us in choosing the right truck and when we left in our new truck we couldn't be happier. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.
