We were very interested in a truck and my husband wanted to buy it but the bed and cab didn’t match and we asked if they could send it off to be painted to match before we drop $56k. They said they would so we thought it was in the process to be painted.. I, not my husband, was curious to know what other trucks they had of the kind we were interested in but newer and he thought I was meaning we weren’t interested in that truck anymore. I was just curious, not my husband. My husband was set on that particular truck and they sold it knowing we wanted to buy it.. it was Friday when we contacted them and wanted it and I called Monday (today) to get more of the process going and was told they sold it. Very poor salesmanship (Joseph) and lack of communication.

The sales experience exceeded expectations. It was the easiest car purchase in years; if not ever. The professional staff took great care of me and represented the dealership extremely well. The support from Jake occurred before, during, and after the sale -- he's had my back throughout!
