After moving to Milam county I needed a Kia Dealership. My dealership in Arlington was great....nI must give Sterling Kia dealership 5 stars.nThey are courteous, helpful, met their repair time.nI love my Kia and always send folks to give them a try.nThank you Brandon and Linda for the great customer service. I have been the only owner of my 2011 kia soul, and have never had any mechanical problems. I took my car to Sterling kia for the first time to get the 100k mile service (spending roughly $1000, which is a lot for a student), which included transmission inspection and fluid flush. When taking a road trip a few months later, my car starting having transmission problems. At the time I thought it was just because the car is getting old, but I just took my car to a local transmission shop, and they said kia overfilled my transmission fluid by TWO QUARTS. Car is running completely fine now. The only thing I learned from my experience here, was that they cause more problems than solve them, and it is not worth your money

We bought a used Ford Expedition from Sterling Kia not even a month ago and we have had problems with vibrations since day one. We took it into Ford and they replaced the slip bump (which Kia paid for) but that did not help with the vibrations. We took it back to Kia b/c it still had vibrations and they said the tires were off balance, mind you we paid for the tires to be balanced twice already at Discount Tire. They kept it for a day and when we came back to get it my husband test drove it with the maintenance manager Bruce. My husband told Bruce he could still feel vibrations and that is was now pulling to the left. Bruce said that our vehicle was fine. My husband then asked him for a receipt of the work they did and he told us he did not have a receipt he could send us pictures of the tire numbers when they were unbalanced. He asked for a receipt two more times and was given the same answer. Eric finally got upset and told Bruce we would be contacting the better business bureau and our lawyer. Bruce then told him he was done dealing with him and walked off. He came back and I asked him for a receipt this time and he told me he would get me one. He again walked away and left me standing there. I waited in the same spot for 10 minutes and he never showed back up. I then went to find the general manager, Steve Nolet and told him I wanted a receipt and he said Bruce was doing that and he would call him. He then sent us down the hill to get the receipt from Bruce. Fast forward a week later, there is still slight vibrations so we took the Expedition to Ford to have a thorough inspection and they said everything looked ok except the back shocks were bad. I called Sterling as soon as I left Ford and Bruce called me this morning. He told me they couldn’t do anything for us anymore. I have since filed a claim with the better business bureau and will be contacting our lawyer today. This was my third vehicle that I have bought with them and everyone in my family has bought with them as well. They are absolutely awful to deal with and need new management. I love my vehicle I just want them to fix the issue especially since it hasn’t even been 30 days.
